  • I've placed and paid for my orders. How long is the shipping process?

In normal situations, shipping will take 1 - 3 working days after your order is confirmed. However during Covid-19 pandemic, your orders will be shipped 3 - 5 days after your order is confirmed. Please kindly wait for your package to arrive

  • How do I track the status of my orders?

Please contact our admins on WhatsApp (+6287877225080) for your order's information, such as delivery status or tracking numbers for orders.

  • I bought the wrong size / colour / item. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, you can! We allow a one-time exchange for products purchased in the wrong size/colour/item if returned within 7 days after the package is received. To be eligible for exchange, make sure that the product's condition is new, unworn, undamaged and complete. Please note that in this case, the customers will bear the shipping costs for product exchange.


  • I just received a defective / wrong item. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support via WhatsApp (+6287877225080). If we send defective items or wrong products by mistake, we will bear the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. If your size / product / colour is not available, we will provide a 100% refund.

  • How long does the refund take to reach my bank account?

Refund will take approximately 7 working days to complete.

  • Can I return or exchange sales or discounted items?

We do not accept exchanges and returns for discounted or sales items. All purchases for sales or discounted items are final. 

  • What payment methods does Claryn accept?

We accept payments from bank transfers from all banks, Gopay, and credit cards. 

  • Why does it say "Your order has been cancelled"? 

Your order will be automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within the payment's timeframe. If you have made a payment but your order is still cancelled by the system, please contact our customer support on WhatsApp (+6287877225080).

- For bank transfer payments
To avoid cancellation, please confirm your payment within 3 hours by uploading payment proof on our website. Don't forget to include your order number on the note for bank transfer payments! 

- For Gopay payments
To avoid cancellation, please make a payment on your Gojek app within 10 minutes after your order is placed. After payment is made, you don't need to upload payment proof.

- For credit card payments: 
payment confirmation/proof is not needed.  

  • I've paid and confirmed my payments on the website. Why does the status still say "Pending"? 

Please allow some time for us to check and confirm your payments, because some payment methods require manual confirmation from our side. As long as you've made payments with the correct payment method, there is nothing to worry about!  

  • Can I pay when my items are delivered? 

Please allow some time for us to check and confirm your payments, because some payment methods require manual confirmation from our side. As long as you've made payments with the correct payment method, there is nothing to worry about! We're so sorry, but we do not offer COD service (Cash on Delivery) at this moment. We only ship your orders when your orders are paid in advance. To avoid cancellation, make sure to attach payment proof after making payment!

  • Help! I made my order but I can't checkout. What's wrong? 

Please check your "Shipping Address" section once again. Make sure to fill in ONLY your city name on the "City" tab (for example, City: Surabaya) without typo or any other information. You may include your subdistrict or urban village (kecamatan dan kelurahan) on the "Address" tab.

  • Claryn, I need my orders as soon as possible. Can you ship my package on the same day? 

If you place your orders before 16.00, we can ship your orders on the same day.
