• Do you manufacture your own products?
Yes! We are a local self-manufacture fashion brand based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• What's the cost and duration of the delivery? How do I track my orders?
We offer free shipping all around Indonesia with minimum purchase of 599k. Please contact our admins on Line or WhatsApp for the information about duration of delivery, tracking numbers for orders, and delivery costs for orders below 599k.

• What's your exchange and return policy?
Please contact us within 7 days and do not wash or use the returned items to be eligible for refund or exchange. In case of defect, wrong orders, or wrong size by our mistakes, Claryn the Label will bear the delivery costs for returned/exchanged items.

• How long does the refund take to reach my bank account?
Refund will take approximately 7 working days to complete.

• Can I return or exchange sales or discounted items?
We do not accept exchanges or returns for discounted or sales items. All purchases for sales or discounted items are final.

• Why does it say "Your order has been cancelled"?
Your order is automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within 24 hours since the time of your order on our website. You should still confirm your payment on website even if you've paid, by uploading payment proof and including your order number to secure your order.

• Why should I sign up on this website and subscribe to email newsletters?
By signing up and subscribing to our newsletters, you will be our exclusive customers. You will always be the first to be notified about exclusive deals, new arrivals, sales, back-in-stock items, or important information such as bazaars we participate in.

• Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within Indonesia.

• Do you accept credit card payments?
We do! We accept payments through Midtrans.

• Do you accept resellers or dropshippers?
No, we do not accept resellers and dropshippers for now.

• Help! I made my order but I can't checkout. What's wrong?
Please check your "Shipping Address" section once again. Make sure to fill in ONLY your city name on the "City" tab (for example, City: Surabaya) without typo or any other information. You may include your subdistrict or urban village (kecamatan dan kelurahan) on the "Address" tab.
