Return Policy

To be eligible for exchange:

Claryn the Label allows a one-time exchange for items purchased in the wrong size or colour if returned within 7 days after the package is received. Before returning the items, please make sure the product is new, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in complete condition (hang tags, labels, shoebox are intact).

Please note that the customers will bear the shipping costs for exchanging items in the wrong size or colour (not Claryn the Label's mistake).

Defect & Wrong Order

If you receive a defect / wrong product sent by mistake, please contact us within 7 days aer the package is received. Do not wash or use the product, and make sure the product is new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a complete condition (do not remove hang tags, labels, shoebox, etc).

Claryn the Label will bear the delivery costs for faulty items/wrong items sent by mistake. If your product is out of stock, we will refund your purchases in full. Refunds will be processed maximum in 7 x 24 hours.
